Logistics & Technical Requirements

Key details to ensure a smooth performance setup.

  • Space: Requires an approximate 5' x 5' level area for digital piano and minimal sound equipment.
  • Power: Access to one standard, functional 120V electrical outlet within 25ft of the performance area is necessary.
  • Setup/Teardown: Standard setup typically requires 30-45 minutes prior to guest arrival or performance start. Teardown takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Please ensure access is available accordingly.
  • Venue Piano: Happy to perform on a venue's acoustic piano if it is well-maintained, tuned within a reasonable timeframe prior to the event, and located appropriately. A brief pre-event assessment may be requested.
  • Outdoor Events: For outdoor performances, adequate shade/cover (protecting from direct sun/rain), level ground, and access to power are essential for equipment safety and performance quality.
  • Arrival/Load-in: Please provide clear instructions for vendor arrival, parking, load-in access (ramps, elevators if needed), and designated setup area upon booking confirmation.
